USE THE RIGHT TILE CLEANERS1) Inspection: We inspect to determine the type of surface we are cleaning and to select the appropriate cleaning product. We also look for cracks or chips in the grout to bring to your attention.
2)Agitation: Then, we will apply our pH-balanced cleaning solution and start your tile and grout cleaning by scrubbing the grout between each tile using our counter rotating brush machine and special grout brushes. This releases the ground in dirt that gets trapped in the pores of the grout.
3) Dwell Time: The cleaning solutions are allowed ample time to work their magic. Allowing cleaning agents more time to penetrate deeper into porous grout and stone is the only way to completely loosen deeply embedded soil and stains.
4) Edge/Corner Detailing: We have special tools designed to get into edges, corners and walls. Nothing is missed, difficult areas that may have been neglected are now cleaned.
5) Clean, Rinse & Neutralize: Next, we apply our Hot Water Extraction method by using a combination of high heat, massive amounts of suction and high pressure deionized water to thoroughly rinse your tile and grout floors of all the dirt, oil and grease.
6) Final Step: Finally, after cleaning, we will inspect your tile and grout with you to ensure you’re happy with your clean tile.
