Instead, we use special deionized water that actually lifts and removes dirt, germs, bacteria, and the soaps and chemicals left behind by previous carpet cleaning companies from the fibers of your carpeting. 1) Inspection: First, we inspect the rooms you want to be cleaned and talk through
the carpet cleaning process with you.
2) Preparation: Then, we will start preparing your home. We will move as much furniture as possible and we’ll place moving blankets to protect your hard surface flooring from any equipment we bring into your home. At this time, corner guards will be placed to protect your walls from any of the hoses we use during the cleaning process.
3) Vacuuming: Through vacuuming with our professional vacuums can remove
nearly 80% of the dry soil in your carpet. Our Vacuums are equipped with HEPA air
filtration system and beside doing an exceptional soil removal, they capture 98.73% of microscopic particles such as dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria and more. So we leave cleaner, fresher air for you to breathe.
4) Spot treatment: We will do spot treatment to any areas that need extra
attention.
5) Breaking down soil & spots: We will apply Green Seal certified, heated
pre-conditioner to break down soil and spots.
6) Agitation: At this step, we will use an advanced counter rotating brush machine called CRB to help our conditioner work deep down to carpet fibers and loosen any stubborn spots or soil. Cylindrical brush agitation carries the soil from the bottom of the pile to the top so we make sure all the hidden soil is removed, ensuring a cleaner carpet that stays clean longer and extends its life.
7) Rinsing and Extracting: Once the conditioner is allowed proper dwell time, your carpet will be rinsed with hot deionized water. This water is so pure that it has no minerals left, leaving your carpets softer than ever before. This is very important,
as we never use any detergents through our machine that will cause rapid resoiling.
8) Drying: We want your life to get back to normal as soon as possible. After
extracting most of the water with our powerful truck mounted system, we will use industrial-strength high-velocity air movers to speed up the drying process.
9) Final Grooming: We will groom your carpet to restore its natural appearance
and softness everyone loves.
10) Assessment: We take great pride in our work, so we inspect our results with

It’s helpful if you move small items out of the way like dining room chairs, floor lamps, potted plants and wastebaskets, etc. It’s also a good idea to secure pets. We will need a door cracked open so we can run hoses inside. We don’t want a cherished family pet
escaping.
Carpet cleaning is $.39 per sqft, and we measure rooms wall-to-wall. We know that your rooms may be full of stationary furniture and we may not be cleaning the carpet underneath but It takes good amount of time to detail around the legs and bases of all that furniture, and we must work slower to make sure we don’t get your furniture wet. For stairways, we charge $5 for every step. Minimum charge for any service is $170.
On average, it will take approximately 20-30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.
