HOW WE CLEAN UPHOLSTERY
1) Testing the fabric: Before engaging in the cleaning process, we thoroughly inspect your upholstery. We will look at the fabric type, color and age of the furniture to determine the best approach.
2) Vacuuming and spot treatment: We will vacuum your upholstery thoroughly prior to cleaning. Then, we will spot treat any areas on your couches, chairs, mattresses or other upholstered items that look like they need extra attention.
3)Pre-Conditioning: After testing your upholstery we will determine Which cleaning solution is safe and most effective for your fabric. Our experts will only use the appropriate cleaning solution for your fabric.
4) Soil Suspension: At this step, cleaning solution is agitated into the fabric further loosening the soil and stains. We use only the appropriate amount of agitation necessary to loosen the soils. This is important to remove stubborn soils that was locked into fibers of your upholstery.
5) Rinse and Extract: Finally, we will rinse the fabric with pure deionized water without wetting the fill beneath the fabric. We employ state-of-the-art extraction tools that gently lift the fabric from the fill or foam, ensuring a thorough rinse without harmful over-wetting. All soil and residue will be removed leaving fabric bright, soft and healthy.
6) Drying: In order to increase drying efficiency, we use our powerful air movers directly on each piece cleaned so you can get back to normal as soon as possible.

Generally, standard sofas are $170. Sectional sofas are $220-250. Loveseats are $120. Recliners and other “side chairs” are $45-65. Dining chairs are usually $10-20 depending on whether they have upholstered backs. How long does it take for upholstery to dry after cleaning?

How to clean upholstery?

W — You can clean this material using water.
S — No water. You’ll need to purchase a special solvent-based cleaner.
WS — You can use water or a solvent-based cleaner on this sofa.
